Percussion Ensemble

Course Information                                                    2009-2010 Concert Schedule

The purpose of the percussion ensemble is to offer students a well-rounded approach to learning percussion instruments in order to develop their general musicianship. More specifically, students will have the opportunity to develop their skills in all areas of percussion including mallets, tuned and non-tuned percussion, and auxiliary instruments.

The formation of the course was motivated by the abundance of information and activities that is unique to percussion instruments.

The course meets during fourth period.
