Direct from the Florida Farm Bureau, these quality-guaranteed Navel Oranges, Tangelos, Red Grapefruit and attractively packaged Gourmet Nuts make great healthy gift-giving ideas for the holidays! 

Profits from this sale are used to support the general band fund which covers expenses for equipment, music, uniform upkeep, and travel to competitions including the Symphonic Band's upcoming participation in Bands of America's National Music Festival in Indianapolis, IN!

Band Families: - 2009 Sales Information:

A portion of each student's sales will be applied to their personal band account:
$5 per box of fruit; $2 per bag of fruit; $2 per Nut Gift Pack; $1 for all other nut orders!

NEW PROCEDURES THIS YEAR!

Your fundraising kit includes:

The order form is set up for legal paper. Use the "fit to page" feature when printing the order form if you don't have 8 1/2 x 14" paper or you can get extra copies from  Dr. Markoch .

The process for collecting orders and payment is new this year so please READ CAREFULLY!

  • Fill in your Master Order Form with complete customer information. 
  • Total each customer's order across by multiplying the number of each item by its cost. 
  • All money is due at the time of sale. 
  • Customers can write ONE CHECK to cover both Fruit and Nuts.  Encourage the customer to pay by check even if the amount is small. 
  • Make checks payable to "ADHS Band Boosters"
  • Receipts can be offered to your customers by cutting the enclosed page of receipts.  Additional copies can be made ahead of time or downloaded as needed.  
  • We will be saving the Order Forms and returning them to you with your order, but you might want to make your own copy before submitting your form. 
  • Please turn in CHECKS ONLY......NO CASH! 
  • Use the envelope provided to turn in your Order Form and checks directly to Dr. Markoch or put your envelope in the "Fruit & Nut" box in his office. 
  • ORDERS DUE BY: Friday, November 20th  2:30pm.
  • Items will be delivered to the school on Friday,  December 11th.  You will be responsible for picking up your order before 6:00pm that day.  If you are absolutely unable to pick up your order, contact Debbie Petersburg to make alternate arrangements.
